Our Company Designations

We are proud to be the ONLY management company in Arkansas to have earned the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) designation and have not one but TWO Master Property Managers (MPM®) and Residential Management Professionals (RMP®) on staff.

Fletcher Property Management Inc., CRMC® earned the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) designation at the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM®) convention held in Salt Lake City in September 2005. There are less than 40 companies nationwide that hold this prestigious designation.

CRMC® Designation

The Certified Residential Management Company designation is the highest designation offered by NARPM®. The property management company must have an MPM® designee on staff, as well as have 500 management years of experience. The designation signifies that the company meets the strictest standards of a residential property management business. An onsite inspection of the property management company is made which includes:

  • An interview with each member of the staff
  • An examination of all handbooks, manuals and forms
  • A review of all marketing materials
  • An examination of the accounting systems and computer software in use, as well as all record keeping
  • An evaluation of office layout and decorum

In addition, the company must re-certify every three years in order to remain a Certified Residential Management Company.

MPM® Designation

Betty Fletcher, MPM® and Dave Fletcher, MPM® both hold the highest property management designation awarded to an individual.

The Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation identifies professionals who have received the RMP® designation and have completed additional requirements, such as extensive course work and substantial contributions of time, talent, and professional expertise to further advance the residential property management industry.

RMP® Designation

Betty Fletcher, MPM® and Dave Fletcher, MPM® also both hold the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation.

The Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation indicates professionals who have completed 18 hours of NARPM®-approved course work, hands-on experience in the management of residential property, provided service to the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
