Countrywood Horizontal Property Regime is a gated community located in the Hunter’s Glen Addition off Napa Valley road in West Little Rock.

Trash & Recycling

 

Trash must be bagged and placed at the curb in back of your unit the morning of pickup.  On Monday and Thursday they will pick up trash bagged in any color trash bag.  Recycling MUST be bagged separate from trash in clear or white bags (noted with an ‘R’) but NEVER in black and will be picked up on Monday.  Clear trash bags can be ordered online at walmart.com and delivered to your home.  You may also be able to find them in the stores.  Yard waste will NOT be picked up at all.  You must arrange to have that removed yourself.

Dues & Fees

Please make your payment payable to Countrywood POA and mail c/o Fletcher Property Management, Inc, P O Box 21269 Little Rock, AR 72221-1269. Dues are due on the 1st of each and every month.  Late fees of $50 a month are charged if dues are not received by the 20th of each month.

 

A notice of impending lien filing will be sent to any owner whose dues remain unpaid for 60 days. The dues for each unit is determined by the percentage of ownership as defined in the Master Deed.

To have your dues automatically drafted each month, complete the ACH Form and return to us along with a voided check. Access all forms by clicking the Member Documents button to the right.

Meetings

 

The Board of Directors for the Countrywood HPR meet quarterly. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Please contact our managing agent with any questions or concerns. Items to be included on the agenda must be submitted at least 7 business days in advance of the next scheduled board of directors meeting. All complaints must be submitted in writing.
